Why does Plutus charge fees or set these limits?

No one likes fees and limits, but they are needed for the sustainability of the project in the long term. They are set by our banking partner and we will keep reviewing them together as our user base grows.

Where can I check if I'm hitting my card limits?

You can't at the moment, this functionality will be built in the future.

I don't understand or agree with the fee that I was charged, what can I do?

You can contact our Support Team and we will be able to explain to you what caused the fee.
