Compound Rewards Yield (CRY)

What is CRY?

Compounding rewards yield (CRY) rewards is based on how much PLU you stack and your Reward Level. You’ll begin earning CRY rewards one day after you add PLU stack on your connected wallets. Your earned CRY is updated daily, which you can easily track using the CRY Tracker.

• CRY is paid out daily, based on the amount of PLU you stack.
• You can move your daily CRY earnings to your PLUS balance.
• You can boost your daily CRY earnings by stacking more PLU.

What is the CRY Multiplier?

You can also earn a multiplier, after 12 months of continuous stacking, which also goes into your CRY balance.
If you choose to keep compounding your CRY earnings for at least 12 months, you will unlock your first multiplier. The longer you stack, the bigger the multiplier gets!

• The Multiplier applies to your total 12-month CRY earnings.
• Multipliers become available to spend right away every 12 months.
• Multipliers start at 1x after 12 months and can stack up to 5x by year 5.
• The higher your CRY earnings, the bigger your Multiplier.


How to payout your CRY earnings:

1. Open your Plutus account on web, and go to the rewards page:

2. Tap on “Add to PLUS Balance" and “Confirm Payout”:

Note: This will reset your multiplier–you can choose whether you want to keep compounding or confirm your payout.

3. Once you confirm, your CRY Earnings are sent to your available PLUS balance!

FAQ

When will I receive my CRY Payouts?

You can now move your ‘pending’ PLUS to your ‘available’ PLUS balance daily, without having to wait 12 months. This can be done through the web-app.

However, if you would like to unlock the multipliers, you have to wait every 12 months.

Once they’re added to your PLUS balance, you can use your PLUS for various actions, whether redeeming giftcards, miles, travel, or converting it to card balance.

Why am I not eligible for CRY payouts?

To be eligible for CRY payouts, you must have a PLU stack on your connected wallets.

If you do not meet this criteria, you will not be eligible for CRY Payouts.

How much CRY earnings will I receive?

Your CRY earnings will be based on your Reward Level.

For example, if you are on Veteran reward level with 3000 PLU stacked, your CRY earnings is 5% per year. This means, every year you will earn 150 PLUS from CRY.

How much multiplier will I receive?

Example - 1 Year Multiplier:

If you earn 100 PLUS (CRY) in 12 months, your Year 1 Multiplier is 1x.


That means 100 PLUS (CRY) × 1 = 100 PLUS → total Year 1 payout: 200 PLUS.
100 PLUS from the multiplier, and 100 PLUS from the original CRY earnings.

After 24 months of continuous stacking, you will receive a 2x multiplier.

Example - 2 Year Multipliers:

You earned 100 PLUS (CRY) in your first 12 months,
And earned an additional 100 PLUS (CRY) in the following 12 months.

Your first 100 PLUS CRY earnings will receive a 2x multiplier, and your additional 100 PLUS earnings from CRY will receive a 1x multiplier.

Which means,
[100 PLUS (CRY) x 1] + [100 PLUS (CRY) x 2] = 500 PLUS → total payout: 500 PLUS

You can get up to 5x Multiplier in Year 5!

How do I lose my multiplier bonus?

Your multiplier bonus will reset if you move your CRY earnings to your PLUS balance. 

The higher the PLU Stack, the higher your daily CRY payout will be.
The longer the stack, the bigger the Multiplier!

What happens if I destack my PLU?

To ensure you don’t lose your CRY earnings, you must continuously stack your PLU. Destacking your PLU will result in forfeiting your CRY earnings, including your multiplier. Once CRY has been paid out, it is no longer subject to being lost.

Will my CRY payout be available intantly?

Yes! Any CRY payouts will be instantly available, and you can immediately use it for any utilities in the app.
