What’s new in this cashback release?

We’ve made several improvements to make cashback easier and smoother to use:

• A refreshed cashback interface for a better experience 🎨
  
  
• Offers will now activate automatically — no manual steps needed
  
  
• PLUS will no longer be redeemed during cashback activation. It will now be applied in the ‘Add to Card’ step, with an exchange value of 1 PLUS = £/€10 for a fairer experience

What is the new look?

Why was my PLUS refunded?

We’ve updated how PLUS is used. Instead of redeeming PLUS when activating cashback, it will now be applied during the “Add to Card” step.

If you previously used 1 PLUS for activation - and haven’t yet moved your cashback to your card balance - that PLUS has already been refunded to your account.

Do I still need to activate cashback offers?

No, offers are now activated automatically.

If all cashbacks are activated automatically, which one will be triggered first?

If two cashback offers come from the same brand, the offer with the higher cashback value will be triggered first.

What do I need to do now?

• Update your app to the latest version to access the new cashback experience.
  
• If you’ve already moved your cashback to your card balance, you’re all set - no further action needed.
  
• If not, check your PLUS balance - your activation PLUS has already been refunded.
