How to Claim Your PLUS Tokens

• To receive your gift on-chain, you must request the payout of the exact PLUS amount (10 / 20 / 30) using the free in-app payout option.
• For that purpose all eligible customers have received 1 free payout and can be used to request a payout for the exact amount of PLUS credited to your account (10/20/30)
• Once requested, your PLUS will be sent on the live PlusMore chain.
• PLUS has already been issued to your account free for in-app use.
• Tokens can be transferred and used for on-chain utilities via your connected wallet.

Note: Not requesting the exact number of PLUS credited to your account during the payout process will either lead to a rejection (customers on a subscription plan only) or issued on the beta chain (customers on Reward Levels).

About PLUS Tokens Issued On-Chain

PLUS tokens issued on-chain are:

• Utility-only and issued strictly as a goodwill gift;
• Created solely for on-chain functionality via PlusMore, a Rewards-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform;
• Redeemable on partnered applications such as Plutus;
• Not a financial instrument, not offered or marketed as an investment, and carry no intended monetary, investment, or speculative purpose.

Note: PLUS tokens issued on the new  live chain are separate from current in-app reward payouts, which remain on the original 2025 PLUS BETA chain. Tokens on the BETA chain cannot be transferred and continue to operate in restricted beta-mode rewards while we develop our technology and licensing.

Do I need to claim my PLUS tokens?
Yes. PLUS has already been issued in-app, but you must request the free payout to receive the tokens on-chain directly to your connected wallet.

What if I’m not currently on a plan?
PLUS will be issued based on your last known plan.

Can I transfer my PLUS tokens?
Yes. PLUS issued on the live chain can be transferred. Tokens on the BETA chain cannot.

Is PLUS a financial product or investment?
No. PLUS is utility-only, issued as a gift, and is not a financial or investment product.

What happens if I don’t request the payout in time?
After the cut-off date, the gift may expire or a fee may apply if free payouts are no longer available.

Will the BETA and live chains be merged?
Any updates regarding a future chain merger will be communicated officially when available.

Does UK crypto regulation apply to this PLUS gift?
PLUS is issued as a non-financial, utility-only goodwill gift and is not marketed or structured as a financial promotion, security, or investment.

Does EU MiCA apply to this PLUS on-chain gift?
Based on the structure and distribution of PLUS as a utility-only goodwill gift, MiCA is not expected to apply.

Why is MiCA not triggered?
PLUS is not sold, not priced, not marketed, and not intended for investment or payment purposes. It is issued solely for on-chain utility access.

Does issuing from a BVI entity change this?
No. Regulatory treatment is determined by token function and distribution, not issuer jurisdiction.

Are users required to buy, trade, or speculate on PLUS?
No. There is no purchase requirement, no expectation of profit, and no secondary market promoted or operated.
