- Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to customers who received the promotional email regarding account inactivity.
- Activation Deadline: To qualify for this promotion, you must log in to your Plutus account and resubscribe to one of our paid plans by Thursday, 12th September. Following this, we will also require you to verify your identity so that our records are up to date.
- Benefit Application: Upon successful resubscription, you will receive a £/€25 bonus in PLU, credited to your ‘pending’ balance of your account - available for PLU Payouts after 45 days. This will be added within 7 days of the cutt-off date. The Starter plan is available at a reduced rate of £/€1 for the first month of resubscription - after which you will be charged ordinary rates.

Why is my account being closed?
Your account has been inactive for an extended period, and as part of our effort to maintain security, inactive accounts are subject to closure. To keep your account open, you will need to resubscribe and adhere to our terms and conditions. If you do not resubscribe by 12th September 2024, your account will automatically be closed the following day (13th September).
How can I keep my account active?
Simply log in to your Plutus account and resubscribe to one of our paid plans by Thursday, 12th September 2024. After resubscribing, we will contact you for additional information and identity verification to ensure our records are up to date.
What rewards will I receive for resubscribing?
By resubscribing to our Starter plan, you’ll receive:
- 3% Rewards: Earn up to £/€7.50 in PLU on your spending.
- 1 Free Perk: Worth £/€10.
- £/€25 Bonus PLU: Credited to your account within 7 days of the cut-off date.
Afterwards, your plan will return to the usual monthly fees which can be found here.
Can I resubscribe to any other plan?
Yes, you can choose any other subscription plan available in the Plutus app, but only the Starter plan is reduced to £/€1. If you subscribe to any of our paid plans (Starter, Everyday, or Premium) you will still keep your Plutus account and receive the £/€25 in PLU bonus as part of this promotion.
What happens if I miss the cut-off date?
If you do not resubscribe by 12th September, your account will be closed the following day, and you will lose access to your Plutus account and rewards.
How will I receive my £/€25 in PLU?
If eligible, your £/€25 in PLU will be credited to your account within 7 days of the promotional end date. It will be added to your ‘pending’ PLU balance, available for payout to your self-custody wallet after 45 days.
