Reward Level £/€10 Gift Card: Transition Promo (7th January - 20th February)

Thanks for taking part in our OG Promo between 7th January and 20th February 2025. We wanted to give you a heads-up about an upcoming feature change and explain how we’re going above and beyond to keep things fair for you.

Here’s the deal:

We recently launched a new £/€10 monthly discount feature for Reward Levels, but this feature was built later with higher spending limits in mind, meaning it wasn’t designed for the original OG promo setup you joined.

That said, we’re staying true to our commitment.

Instead of leaving you out, we’re giving you more value than you would’ve saved, without needing to pay a penny of fiat, unlike the original setup where fiat payment was needed for discounted gift card purchases.

What you’re getting:

• You’ll receive a 100% discount on a £/€10 gift card each month, for a set number of months (depending on your Reward Level).
• Your total benefit will be at least the same or even higher than what you would have originally saved under the new system.
• No fiat payments required, just claim it directly.

Note: This benefit unlocks for you each month, based on your Reward Level during the promo period (7th January – 20th February 2025). (See table below.)

Example:

If you’re at Hero level:

• OG promo would have saved you £/€48 total.
• Under this change, you’ll get 5 months of £/€10 gift cards = £/€50 total (more than £/€48).
• Plus, no need to spend any fiat, simply redeem 1 PLUS to unlock your gift card each month.
• After you’ve used your £/€10 gift card for the month, your gift card redemption rates will revert to your standard account rate."
