2. Select Swaps → Top up and enter the amount of PLU you'd like to swap.

3) How do I participate in the promotional offer?

To get up to 100% of your swap value back in PLU, follow these steps:

4) How much rewards do I get?

You will receive up to 100% of your first swap amount in PLU, up to a maximum of 10 PLU. For example:

• Swap 1: You swap 5 PLU for card balance, and you will get 5 PLU back.
• Swap 2: You swap 2 PLU for card balance, but this transaction won’t be eligible, as only the first swap counts for this promotion.‍‍

5) Does the reward include the fee amount?

Yes, the reward includes both the swapped amount and the accompanying fee, up to a maximum of 10 PLU.

For example, if you swapped 12 PLU, where 6 PLU was swapped and 6 PLU was a fee, the full 12 PLU would be considered for the reward. Since this exceeds the 10 PLU cap, you would receive the maximum reward of 10 PLU.

6) Is there a limit on how much I can earn back?

Yes, the maximum reward you can receive is 10 PLU. If your first swap exceeds 10 PLU, you will still only receive 10 PLU as the maximum reward.

7) Can I participate multiple times?

No, the promotion is limited to one entry per customer. Only your first swap during the promotional period will be counted.

8) If eligible, when will I receive my rewards?

After successfully completing the steps, your PLU will be credited to your Plutus account on 29th October, 2024.
