How do I upgrade to an annual subscription plan?
To upgrade to an an annual plan, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Plutus via the web app.
- Head to Settings → Plan → Toggle pay annually.
- Select a plan and complete the payment.
Once the payment is complete, you will receive 50% of your annual subscription credited to your account as PLU Rewards by 10th September 2024.
How do I upgrade to Hero or higher Reward Level?
To upgrade to an an annual plan, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Plutus via the web app.
- Head to Perks → Connect Wallet and follow the steps on screen.
- Ensure you have sufficient PLU in your wallet to meet the PLU Requirements of a Reward Level.
If you also upgrade to Hero or above, your bonus perks will be activated on 1st October 2024.
What are the PLU Requirements of each Reward Level?
Refer to the PLU Requirements for each Reward Level and the associated benefits below. Your +6 Bonus Perks will be worth £/€20 each, come in addition to the standard benefits listed below.
Can I get 50% back on my plan without upgrading my Reward Level?
Yes, you can receive 50% back in PLU on your annual subscription without upgrading your Reward Level.
Can I get +6 Perks without subscribing to an annual plan?
No. To qualify for +6 bonus perks, you must (a) subscribe to an annual plan and (b) upgrade to Hero or a higher Reward Level by 8th September 2024. Both actions are required. Complete this form by 15th September to select your perks.
How do I select my +6 bonus perks?
Complete this form by 15th September to choose your bonus perks. These perks will be activated on 1st October 2024.
Are all my Perks worth £/€20, or just the bonus Perks?
Only the +6 bonus Perks are worth £/€20 each. All other Perks will remain at their standard value.
If I downgrade my Reward Level, do I lose my bonus perks?
Yes, downgrading below Hero Reward Level before 1st October 2025, the date the bonus perks are due to expire, will result in the forfeiture of your bonus perks. Similarly, violating any promotional or general terms may lead to losing your promotional benefits.
If I cancel my subscription plan, do I lose my 50% in PLU?
Yes, canceling your subscription plan will result in the forfeiture of your 50% PLU reward. This will be clawed back during the PLU Payout audit stage or earlier. Similarly, violating any promotional or general terms may result in losing your promotional benefits.
