These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PlutusGift service, which allows you to redeem rewarded +PLUS points for gift cards. By using PlutusGift, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.
1.1. The terms and conditions of each vendor or brand apply to the products redeemed or purchased through PlutusGift.
1.2. Plutus strives to provide accurate and up-to-date vendor terms but does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
1.3. It is your responsibility to verify vendor terms on the vendor’s official website before completing a PlutusGift swap.
1.4. Plutus does not guarantee the validity or applicability of vendor terms and accepts no liability for discrepancies.
2.1. To ensure equitable access, PlutusGift is subject to a fair usage policy to prevent misuse and maintain smooth platform operation.
2.2. Plutus reserves the right to take corrective actions, including account restriction, suspension, or termination, in case of policy violations.
3.1. Plutus reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
3.2. Changes take effect immediately upon posting in the app or on the website. Continued use of PlutusGift constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
4.1. Any applicable service fees for redeeming +PLUS points via PlutusGift will be clearly displayed in the app before completing a transaction.
4.2. By proceeding with a redemption, you acknowledge and accept the fees as displayed at the time of the transaction.
4.3. A flat services fee of 80% applies to transactions and a 10% or more may be charged for high volume transactions, with such adjustments clearly notified within the app.
4.4 Fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, all applicable fees will be transparently displayed in the app prior to the completion of any transaction.
5.1. Access to specific brands and services may vary by region due to local regulations, partnerships, and vendor availability.
5.2. UK and EU account holders may have different options based on location.
6.1. PlutusGift transactions and usage are subject to limits set by Plutus or participating brands.
6.2. Limits may change periodically at the discretion of Plutus or participating brands without prior notice.
9.1. Most gift cards are activated immediately upon redemption.
9.2. In some cases, activation may take up to 3 hours from issuance. If the card is not usable immediately, please wait for this period before attempting use.
10.1. Your use of PlutusGift is subject to continuous monitoring to ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
10.2. Monitoring is conducted in line with applicable data protection laws and aims to safeguard the platform.
11.1. Plutus may offer seasonal or periodic promotions for PlutusGift, governed by specific terms detailed in the Promotional Terms section in the app or on the website.
11.2. Promotions may vary by region and are subject to periodic review.
12.1. Replacements are subject to verification and may require supporting evidence, such as screenshots or error messages.
12.2. Plutus will not replace codes that: Have already been redeemed after gift card was issued to you, were compromised due to user actions (e.g., sharing or misplacement), were misused in violation of vendor terms.
12.3 Customers with issues on redemption codes can reach out via this form within 60 days of the gift card issuance date.
12.4. Replacement codes, once issued, are final and not subject to further claims.
13.1. PlutusGift must not be used to infringe upon laws or regulations.
13.2. Reselling gift cards is strictly prohibited and may result in: Account suspension (up to 14 working days).Restricted access to Plutus utilities.Permanent account closure for repeated violations.
14.1. All gift card transactions are final. Once issued, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, +PLUS points , or other forms of credit.
15.1. Plutus relies on third-party providers to deliver gift card services.
15.2. Delays may occur due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. Plutus will aim to resolve such issues within 5 business days.
16.1. PlutusGift cards are issued by third-party providers. Plutus is not liable for issues arising from individual vendor terms or conditions.
16.2. Users are encouraged to review vendor terms before redeeming.
17.1. For any issues, contact Plutus support via the webform with relevant details for resolution.
7. Gift Card Redemption and Usage
7.1. Upon redemption, gift card details will be provided within 2 hours via the app or registered email.
7.2. Supported gift cards can be redeemed online using unique codes for e-commerce transactions.
7.3. Some brands may allow both online and in-store redemption via barcodes. Please check the app for specific brand redemption methods.
