These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlutusCashback service (the "Service"), which allows users to redeem rewarded +PLUS points for cashback whilst shopping with our providers. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

1. Third-Party Terms and Conditions

1.1 The terms and conditions of Boogi apply to all bookings made through PlutusCashback.

This offer is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of Plutus.

Customers will automatically receive cashback on their transactions at participating businesses.

Cashback will normally be processed to your account within five working days of the eligible spend taking place but occasionally it could take longer.

We will only ever credit the Card enrolled in the Plutus Programme, via which the payment has been taken.

Cashback will not be paid into any other account.Offer unavailable in conjunction with other offers.

1.2 It is your responsibility to verify the applicable cashback terms of the brand before use. Plutus does not guarantee the validity or applicability of cashback terms and accepts no liability for discrepancies arising from external changes.

2. Fair Usage Policy

2.1 To ensure equitable access, the Service is subject to a fair usage policy to prevent misuse and disruption of platform operations.

2.2 Misuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive transactions beyond reasonable personal use, excessive calls to the Service, or obtaining cashback in illegible ways as defined by merchants.

2.3 Plutus reserves the right to take corrective action, including account restrictions, suspensions, or terminations, for misuse. Affected users will be informed and given an opportunity to appeal.

3. Modifications to Terms

3.1 Plutus reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users with at least 14 days’ notice.

3.2 Minor updates or clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting.

3.3 Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Data Privacy and Security

4.1 Certain user data, such as card transactions, may be shared with third parties to the extent necessary for processing transactions.

4.2 Plutus complies with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to safeguard user data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. PlutusCashback Tracking

5.1 A cashback vault will be provided within the app for users to view details and track the status of their cashback.

6. Misuse Policy

6.1 Users must not use the Service to infringe upon any laws or regulations.

6.2 Non-compliance may result in corrective actions, including account suspension, restricted access to the platform, or permanent account closure for repeated violations.

7. Unlocking Mechanism

7.1 Plutus may require you to redeem PLUS points to unlock cashback permanently. These requirements are subject to change, with a minimum of 14 days’ notice provided in advance.

8. Cashback Amendments / Cancellations

8.1 Plutus is not liable for financial loss resulting from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of cashback with partners.

8.2 Plutus will assist users in addressing cashback issues where feasible.

8.3 Users must review and accept the individual cashback policies of brands prior to spending

9.1 Cashback payment schedules vary for merchants. Some cashbacks may take up to 70 working days to process while others are completed more quickly. Users should review the specific payment terms at the time of purchase.

10.1 Access to PlutusCashback services may vary by region due to local regulations and vendor availability. Users will be informed of limitations during service access.

11. Monitoring and Compliance

11.1 Use of the Service is subject to continuous monitoring to ensure compliance and prevent misuse. Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Non-Return Policy

12.1 All PlutusCashback are final. Exceptions may be made for errors attributable to the Plutus platform.

13. User Support and Issue Resolution

13.1 For assistance, users can contact Plutus support via the webform, providing relevant details. Plutus will address and resolve issues with third-party vendors promptly, providing updates within five business days where necessary.
