Tim brings over 25 years of business and finance experience, specialising in governance, financial strategy, and helping organisations scale responsibly. His role will focus on strengthening our regulatory readiness, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring strong financial oversight as we expand into new markets.

Alongside Tim, we are pleased to welcome two highly experienced Board members:

Andrew Gill FCA
Non-Executive Board Member

A Chartered Accountant and former CFO/Managing Director with international experience in commercial growth, restructuring, M&A, and new market development. Andy has led business units from early stage to multimillion-dollar scale and brings deep expertise in strategy and governance. He has taken new business units from zero revenue to over $8M in under two years and has led successful turnarounds growing revenue from <$2M to >$30M.

Richard Jones
Non-Executive Board Member

A fintech entrepreneur and former CEO with extensive experience across banking, investment, ESG, and regulatory governance. He has led multiple high-growth financial services businesses and currently sits on the board of an international bank. Richard brings deep expertise in navigating complex financial regulations, building banking partnerships, and preparing organisations for institutional investment and rapid international scale.

The current board, led by Danial Daychopan, also includes Perry Blacher, who joined earlier this year to advise and support our funding plans for tokenised deposits (RWA) and international scaling in 2026. We are now strengthening the board with additional advisors who bring the necessary experience and background to support this next phase of growth.
