Terms

Below are the terms for Metal Card benefits, applicable to both extensions for current Metal Card holders and new customers.

• No changes to benefits or value gained for 12 months (Metal card benefits only).
• The PLUS and redeem value expected during the 12 months will remain the same.
• Any updates affecting your benefits will be replaced with equal or remaining value.
• PLUS paid out on-chain are not tradable on DEXs in the Q4 BETA roll out.
• PLUS paid out on-chain will be available on Web3 features in 2026.
• Payouts on-chain are limited to 100 PLUS/mo, initially available to EU customers only.
• UK customers cannot access on-chain payouts but retain all credits until licensing.
• Licensing may impact on-chain utilities/payouts regionally, but all credits are retained.
• Daily and monthly limits apply to all other redemptions, no impact on your total value.
• You must have an active Metal plan to continue free (0% fee) payouts.
• Current Metal Card holders plan extensions do not include an additional physical card.
• New customers’ physical Metal Cards may require up to six months or more for delivery.
• All new Metal Card benefits will be active to all customers from 1st November. 
• All Plutus UK & EU terms of conditions apply.

When will my benefits go live after I purchase the extended benefits?
It will go live 1st November 2025.

Will there be a new metal card sale?
In this first release, we are offering the metal card benefit extensions for current metal card holders. Our second and third releases of these packages will be available for all customers.

What are Supercharged Perks?
Supercharged Perks multiply the value of your standard £/€10 PLUS monthly Perk, boosting it to £/€50 each month. Covering up to 12 Perks based on your plan and reward levels for 12 months. Over 12 months, that’s up to £/€600 PLUS value in-app. See more examples below.

What are Double Rewards?
Each month, you can choose one transaction where your cashback is doubled, earning up to £/€100 PLUS per month. Over 12 months, that’s up to £/€1,200 PLUS within the app.

What are Golden Tickets?
Golden Tickets let you invite friends to Plutus. Each successful invite gives you and your friend £/€50 PLUS each, that’s £/€100 split 50/50. With 12 invites, you and your friends can earn up to £/€1,200 in PLUS (60 PLUS for you and 60 PLUS collectively for your friends in-app).

1. Do all perks become supercharged, or just one?
All your Perks are supercharged. They are based on your subscription plan and reward level.

• Maximum potential example: Premium account at the Honeybadger reward level receives 12 Perks per month, and all 12 are supercharged monthly for a year. You can mix and match subscription plans and reward levels to maximise benefits.

Note: The daily and monthly limits listed above may change due to third-party or Plutus updates. However, the expected value will be maintained through other benefits to ensure you receive the expected value from your Metal Card benefits; Please refer to the terms above for clarification.

3. Are these benefits in addition to the new features already unlocked?
Yes. These benefits stack with your subscription plan, reward levels, and any additional bonus limits unlocked via stacking during the inverse DA (8th June – 31st August).

4. Does buying Metal give access to additional bonus features elsewhere?
No. The Metal Card only provides access to the listed benefits. You still need a subscription plan (Starter, Everyday, or Premium) to maximize benefits.

5. What does PlutusMiles 100% off mean?
Plutus has partnered with Etihad Guest Miles, which sell 1 mile for ~£0.02.

By redeeming PLUS:

• Standard benefits lets customers buy 1 Mile from Plutus at a 25% discount for £0.015 
• Metal Card holders can access 100% discount.

6. What rate is the miles discount offered?
The discount for Metal card holders will be applied so that 1 PLUS = £/€10 intrinsic value.

• Example:
  
  • 1 PLUS = 1,000 Miles at +10% discount (standard)
  • 10 PLUS = 1,000 Miles at 100% discount (Metal Card holder)

7. What is the clear benefit of having on-chain PLUS if you can't use the DEX and there are no utilities yet?
Metal Card holders will be among the first to receive on-chain payouts and help strengthen the network by validating smart contracts (FUEL, etc.).

• During the initial roll-out, Web3 features will be limited, but more on-chain utilities via connected wallets and third-party Web3 features will become accessible over time.
• This approach ensures we avoid issues faced by PLU and maintain a strong ecosystem, with both on-chain utilities and expanded in-app utilities and more depth for reliable  PLUS redemptions, ensuring we achieve the intended successful outcomes for PLUS.
