Managing Your Subscription
Account subscriptions determine your rewards limits and amount of Perks.
Available paid subscription plans

- £/€9.99 monthly | £/€ 99.99 annually

- 3% rewards on £/€1,000 monthly spend

- Access to PlutusSwaps Premium, which lets you redeem 1 PLUS each month for a £/€10 card top-up.

This is how the different subscription plans impact your account benefits
- Rewards %: not modified
- Amount of spending rewarded: increased with each plan
- Amount of perks: increased with each tier, plus stacking PLU grants you additional perks based on your Reward Level.
- Access to PlutusSwaps Premium: Only available to Premium plan subscriptions
Subscription plan management
You can manage your subscription in the Subscriptions tab in the website version of the app. This is currently not available in the mobile app.
Important notes:
- You can use any card for the payment, including your Plutus Card.
- Monhtly subscriptions last for 1 month and is renewed automatically.
- Annual subscriptions last for 1 year and is renewed automatically.
Changing a subscription
- Subscription upgrades (i.e. Everyday to Premium) take immediate effect upon selection. This applies to:
- Switching from one monthly plan to a higher monthly plan
- Upgrading from a monthly plan to an annual plan
- Upgrading from one annual plan to a higher annual plan
- Any downgrades to your subscription will take effect at the end of your subscription cycle (monthly or annually).
- You cannot change your subscription from annual to monthly immediately. It will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription by selecting the Sleep Mode for your next update, in which case you will be downgraded to it at the end of your current subscription.
Refunding a subscription
If you meet the following requirements, we will provide you with a refund:
- No benefits from the subscription plan have been consumed.
- No more than 72 hours have passed since the subscription payment for monthly subscription.
- No more than 14 days have passed since the subscription payment for annual subscription.
Outside of the above timeframes, all purchases are non-refundable, and closing your account will result in the loss of any remaining subscription time or associated benefits.

Updating the payment method
You can update the payment method for your subscriptions using the "Manage payment methods" feature in the Plans screen.
