Perry’s career spans leadership roles, entrepreneurial ventures, and investment expertise. After graduating from both Cambridge and Harvard, he began his professional journey at McKinsey & Company, before moving to Microsoft in 1998 and later becoming a founding Principal at Chase Episode 1 Partners.

Perry also has a strong track record as an entrepreneur, founding and leading two businesses, Serum (2002) and Covestor (2007), both of which were successfully acquired by public companies. Over the past decade, he has focused on investing in and advising fintech businesses, serving as a Venture Partner at Amadeus Capital and holding advisory or non-executive roles at Barclays UK, Google, Onfido, Transfergo, Clearscore, CDC, and other fintech innovators.
