Using Your +PLUS Points

Using Your +PLUS Points

Your +PLUS Points are generated in Pending status, and after they are verified, they get updated to Available status. This typically happens at the 30-day mark after they have been generated. Once the rewards are Available, you can use them for a variety of in-app features such as:

  • PlutusGifts
  • PlutusMiles
  • PlutusTravel
  • PlutusSwap Web2

Only customers in paid plans (Starter, Everyday, Premium) have access to the above-mentioned features.
Note: During the BETA phase only customers on a Premium plan can use the PlutusSwap feature - limits apply.

You can check the status of your +PLUS Points in the +PLUS tab of the web app, including the summary of your reward statuses:

  • Internal Available: Your +PLUS Points available for inApp usage.
  • Internal Pending: The amount of +PLUS Points Pending verification or Rejected in account audits.
  • External: The amount of PLU you have stacked on your external connected wallets.
