Where can I access the PLUS Payouts feature?

PLUS Payouts are available through the PLUS page in the web app only. This feature is not yet available on the mobile app.

Who can access the PLUS Payouts feature?

PLUS Payouts will be available to selected EU customers only. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available in the UK, but we’re working on expanding access soon.

What is a PLUS payout used for?

PLUS points are in-app rewards. Requesting an on-chain payout tokenises these rewards for self-custody, allowing them to be used via connected wallets on Plutus’ on-chain utilities. They cannot be transferred or used with third-party services. Check our roadmap for upcoming on-chain utilities following the payout BETA.

Do I need a connected wallet to request a payout?

Yes. To request a PLUS Payout, you must have a connected wallet linked to your account.

How long does it take to process a PLUS Payout?

Once your payout request is submitted, it begins processing right away and is typically quick to complete. Please allow up to 30 days for completion. This time includes transaction audits and other checks, such as verifying card refunds and reward accuracy, to ensure fair usage for the whole ecosystem.

What is the maximum PLUS I can withdraw per month?

You can request payouts of up to 100 PLUS per month.

What’s the minimum payout amount?

The minimum payout you can request is 5 PLUS per transaction.

Are there any fees for PLUS Payouts?

No, there are no fees for PLUS Payouts during this phase of release.

Can I transfer my free payouts on-chain?

Not yet. During the beta phase, free payouts are not transferable on-chain.
The current setup is designed to work with connected wallet functionality and will be updated in a future release.
